ID this queen SW Germany 24th June `17

Hey guys,
I just caught that queen and would like to know the species
The queen is about 10 mm long
unfortunately the fotos did not turn out so well... :oops:

One of the bicolored Formica species from the fusca group, probably Formica clara or F. rufibarbis.
