VA Antkeepers

Does anyone here live in/near VA/DC area? I'm planning an ant keeping event, where people can trade colonies, talk ants, eat some food, and overall have a good time, before I put any money down, or make any plans, would anyone even come?
(PS I'm looking for a colony with a queen to keep while the nup flight season is shut down for the year, (prob prenolepis imparis but any colony would be cool) If anyone in VA would sell I have some money that is just burning a hole in my pocket)
