Order missing heat cable

Hello, I placed an order in early July(4th I believe) for which I paid in full. When I received the package in the mail I found the heat cable that I had paid for was not in the package. I have tried emailing *** SPAM *** for about a month. Sent three emails but haven’t got anything back except the automated response telling me to expect a response in 24 hours. The rest of the items shipped and were received perfectly, but I don’t want to order anything else until this is resolved. I’d appreciate anyone getting back to me about this.

I’m sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. I thought website support, payment, shipping and handling was the most relevant place to put this. That being said I’m new to forums and despite reading the rules have sincere difficulty understanding them. I meant no harm but I do often make mistakes.

The AC team doesn't look on here so i dont think if you wrote your problems here they would ever get resolved. Sadly i don't know where else to ask about this
