Order#33903

I emailed support but I don't expect to hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.


I ordered a large Omni nest. The order came in great time and I'm very excited about that.

But the outworld is very broken. The lid has at least 2 broken pieces and one of the walls is bent out at an odd shape.

Has this happnened to anyone else ?

I have contacted support on Friday night. They responded Saturday morning and I replied as soon as I saw on Saturday. I have not heard back anything since. What is the normal wait time ??

I saw the pics you emailed in. I believe we will be shipping out a new outworld to you. You should hear definitively very soon. If not, let me know here in this post.

There is a new outworld on its way. It is coming direct from our manufacturer overseas to you, so it might be a couple of weeks :(
