Earth Worms as Ant Food?

They are very easy to find where I live and I just got my first colony (Monomorium minimum) and I'm not sure if earth worms would be a good food for them or not. Thanks :D

Nope earth worms are a bad choice! Watch this video Mikey just put out, it gives the good and bad insects to feed your ants.
