ant food substitutes?

ant food substitutes?
So i am dealing with my first colony, i just checked in on it and noticed a few of the ninatics have died, ive been told i should feed them but cant go out and get any insects till Tuesday, i have some tropical fish food and a few meats (chicken and poltry) can i give this to them and if so on the meat, cooked or raw?

I've heard lots of ants liked cooked meat. Fish food not so much but try it anyway some ants like it.

Workers/nantics only eat sugars for themselves. Honey, sugar water, some fruits ect. You get the point. When you see them on protein its either to feed larva or the queen.
If that is what you meant then just try a tiny piece of cooked chicken or such. I have a colony that loves Costco rotisserie chicken.
