I'm still not sure if I can stand killing my own feeders..... But if I do decide I can....someday- what is the least smelly type of feeder insect to keep? Thanks.

It's easier to put them in a jar and then put them in the freezer for a few hours. This will kill them

True. It might technically be more humane to end then quickly by crushing the head, but I prefer to not see them die.

I've heard of freezing them. But I still don't know if I can lol. I'm chicken. I'm willing to try it.....maybe. :'D

So what is the least smelly/messy insect option?
Superworms? Wax worms? Crickets?

What I do is buy my crickets, place them on a container they can breath in but not get out, feed them what ever vegi I have in the frige or a few hrs then the entire container gose in the frezer and the next day I separate them from the food and egg crates and keep them frozen so therfore there is no smell
