I have a couple colonies(2 have brood, and one of those have workers), and I was wondering If I could feed them meat. Also should it be raw of cooked, and what types of meat?

you can feed them meat, but ideally it should not be their main source of protein. Insects provide much better nutrition. meat should be cooked, and somehow made into tiny pieces that they can carry back. it doesnt really matter what type.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
