What else do they eat?

Hello,
I have a colony of pavement ants that eat mealworms and honey. I was wondering what else do ants eat regularly besides mealworms and honey because I don't know what else to try, and it might be bad for them if I didn't made sure first.

I think crickets will also be a good option, I have fed both my aphaenogaster and pheidole colonies spiders caught from my house, they love them. Sugar water is also a good option that I use for my colonies.
