Colony not eating!

Hi everybody,
2 out of 3 of my pavement ant colonies are not eating the mealworms I feed them. ( I cut the mealworms in half. ) And I also don't see them drink the honey I give them once a week. They are not in hibernation. Please help!

Try to feed them sugar water. That worked for my pheidole.
As for protein, try something else like crickets or fruit flies.
