When to introduce protein to a new colony
I have a 10 worker (second generation) colony of iridomyrmex bicknelli. I have been feeding them a diet consisting of honey for the past 2 weeks. I was wondering when I should start feeding them protein?

Re: When to introduce protein to a new colony
You should start now. Honestly you should have started a bit earlier if you wanted quick growth of your colony. Feed them both honey and protein in small quantities every once in a week and that should be good
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony
