Different protein sources

If its hard for me to get insects, is there some other protein sources that I can use to feed my ants?

If its hard for me to get insects, is there some other protein sources that I can use to feed my ants?

Hard or soft cat food works for me (I prefer soft as the ants seem to be able to use it better). Others use cooked hamburger, ham, turkey, chicken.
