My Pheidole colony escapees

So I have a small Pheidole colony.
When I put them in a tube and tubes setup with ant park Fluon, 2 of the 4 left and were never found. Another batch of brood is about to hatch, so i am afraid that they are gonna escape again. I also can’t feed them in a test tube setup as they just run to the entrance.

What should I do?
Ants are better than termites lol
