Is this jar too small for my ants?

So I'm pretty new to ant keeping and recently bought a rainbow ant queen and a 3 phedoile ant queens and was wondering if this jar i have would be a suitable bioactive home for them incase ruler doesnt come up its 6inchs width 6inchs height 5inchs depth

For one queen, that seems a little big. Once the queen gets workers, 50-100 to be exact, it might be ok, but test tubes work better for claustral queens when raising them.
