So right now my queen has laid eggs and they are currently in the larval stage. I want to get a head start before they grow too big. How many ants should I look for before I do that and what habitat should I make for them?

Another thing, should I feed the workers anything after the mature?

I would wait to move here into a larger nest until she reaches about 20 workers. They may not be too keen on moving in at first, but will eventually move in later on.
