You should tell us more information (size etc...) and she is brobably fertile, good luck. Ps I'm not an experienced ant keeper and live at the other side of the world.

really it is impossible to tell if a queen is fertilized until workers hatch from her eggs

Can you get images from different angles? It's hard to classify her from just the side view.
