Do ants drink pure honey or honey water? If they drink honey water , how much water should be added to how much of honey?

Re: Honey
Totally depends on the specie of ants you have. Bigger ants like carpenter(camponotus sp.) ants can drink semi liquid stuff as well(e.g pure honey). Other smaller ants (e.g. some phidole sp.) will drink pure liquid with ease and its best to give them sugar water and some drops of honey mixed with almost equal amount of water drops to decrease the viscosity of it. And yes sugar water can be fed using test tubes.
