How large is she? Camponotus queens usually are really big, about 1.5-2cm.

Does she look anything like this?

If the test tube has been flooded with sugar water you may want to move her into a new clean tube because all that sugar is a perfect breeding ground for mold.

Then just leave her alone. She'll probably lay eggs in 1-4 weeks, depending on how long she needs to calm down. Just forget her for at least 2 weeks, then make a quick look at her for just a few seconds to check if she has eggs, then forget about her for another 4 weeks.
