is there a way to leave ants for up to 3 weeks?

i want to become an ant keeper but I would need to be able to leave them for up to 3 weeks

Depending on what stage the colony is, you can leave them for three weeks (or sometimes even more)
If the colony is just founding with only a queen, you can leave them for a month (doesn't work for semiclaustral species however)
If the colony has an outworld attached, you can leave sufficient food in it and be fine
