MY QUEEN IS DEAD :(

So I check her regularly she's always been slow moving I thought it was due to her and her 13 workers being in winter mode. I checked her today and she's just laying on her side motionless and her workers are sort or just touching her almost like mornin her. I'm very sad it's been a few months of carrying for her and she's just died what have I done wrong any help please

Hope you didint give up on her.my queen was being drug around on her side by her workers when I changed the hydration for the nest I was sad. 1 month later it was 60 here for three days and the nest was active. The queen was moving barley but not on her side. A week later she was in full swing. I think it takes queens longer.

Yeah when a queen hibernate they do looking like they're dead, I hope you didn't trash her
