Hi everyone,
I'm new to ant keeping and I was wondering how do most people pre-kill their insects. Like if you are just crushing them, what do you use or where do you crush them to deliver the least painful death? I don't really like to see animals in pain so it would really help if someone could tell me what is the best and fastest way to pre-kill them.

Freezing feeder insects puts them into a hibernative state before they die, and also kills any parasites which happen to be with them.
