Is this queen a Lasius?

She's 9-10 mm long.

I don't think it is... most of Lasius Queens are only around 7-8mm, it could be formica? Depends on where you live.

I live in Northern italy.
Well, now that i have checked i must say that she does look like a formica fusca,thanks a lot. :D

It does look like Formica, but probably not F. fusca (albeit a close relative.) Too difficult to tell from this distance.

So i guess she could be a lemani or anyway some other black colored ant of the formica genus.
