3mm in size workers were not much smaller 1.5 mm,

Probably Solenopsis Fugax Or Solenopsis Molesta.USA Or EU?

Looks like Tetramorium immigrans to me. Could you get pictures in better light, so that they are clearer?

Sure I have her in a test-tube setup now , that would awesome if it's Tetramorium, I have been hoping to find a Terta, queen !!
