ID requests also require a measurement in millimeters. I can tell by looking at her that she is in the Formicinae subfamily, not Myrmicinae which Tetramorium is in.

Could you perhaps take some photographs with brighter light? It doesn't have to be insanely close, but good light is essential for macro.

If the measurements are accurate, then it may be an early flying Lasius alienus. If she is smaller than the measurements, then it is much more likely Nylanderia sp.
