Is this a queen ???

Another driveway find. I noticed very small black ants expanding there entrances in my driveway this morning. So I waited till later today and started looking.
My location is Ottawa Ontario.
This ant was ever so slightly bigger than the others hardly noticeable they are so small and my old eyes, and she was running in a perfectly straight line as opposed to zig zagging like the rest, so I grabbed her. She is about 3 or 4 millimeters in size.

In this 1st picture I think I see wing scars and a fragment of the right wing still remaining.
