Caught in central Florida, sunny day. I guess it is considered a forest area.

Looks like a velvet ant which is a type of wasp.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Don't get stung by one of these it will hurt a lot. :oops:. They're also known as cow killers because their sting feels as f it can kill a cow!
