I have 2 small colonies of Camponotus barbaricus.
1. 1 Queen, 4 workers and about 7 eggs
2. 1 Queen, 1 worker and about 5 eggs

Is there a way to merge them? Can Camponotus species have multiple queens?

not for the species that you have. almost all camponotus are strictly monogenous. I would not mix them or any of your colonies unless you have it confirmed that the species is polygenous.
