South Africa: Queens

Hey guys,

New to the forums, apologies if I'm posting a topic in the wrong thread. I'm a starter looking for my first queen / small colony.

I'm looking for help either finding / buying queens in South Africa. I'm looking or camponotus, messor or solenopsis queens ( Or any of the larger species - as a starter that is. ) Does anyone know of, or could point me in the right direction to find a queen seller, or provide assistance in locating queens in Johannesburg.

I have already applied to one of the breeders on the GAN looking for ants page; with no replies as of yet.

Any assistance would be hugely appreciated!

just look for queens on the sidewalks. You should be able to find a decent amount if their is a nuptial flight
