Is this Normal?

Yesterday, when I was checking up on my ant colonies, I noticed a strange pupae. The queen is Lasius. Here are the pictures (sorry about the quality, I took thesse on my phone).

my condolences. That is the pupae of a parasitic fly. Your queen has a HUGE chance of dying. this is common for lasius

Oh, do you have any suggestions for what to do with the fly?

if it was me i would kill the fly because of what it has done. These flies have been a pain in ant keepers sides for years
