I found this queen ant quite a few weeks ago, and I thought it was not a queen ant at that time so I did not ask this forum.
Suddenly, it started laying eggs and now I want to ask you:
What species of ant is this queen ant anyway?

Looks to me like Trichomyrmex destructor A.K.A "Singapore ant"
Trichomyrmex is a genus close to Monomorium. Mickey kept this species. You need to check out his video...
