How long test-tubes must be?(i´m bad at english)
-2 L. Niger colonies
-2 F. Pratensis quuens
-3 small C. Herculeanus colonies
-1 F. Fusca queen
-1 L. Acervorum colony
-2 Myrmica sp. queens

test tubes can be huge or small but I would not recommend something smaller than 8 cm long. some ants can fit in smaller and some (like camponotus) need larger test tubes.

Wow not the right question.

Try to be more specific. I know you aren't the best at English but some ants will do well in a very small test tube and some need a larger one.

90% of queens will do great in 15 mm by 150 mm test tube.
