is there any harvester ant in philippines?
kahit black or red as long as pogonomyrmex?

Well, there might be an ant species they "call" harvester ants (idk).... I'm not from the Philippines. But, i highly doubt there are harvester ants there... Most of the time they live in hot and very dry places like the deserts. I'm 99% sure there are no Pogonimyrmex species there..... Plus, if there were harvester ants in the Philippines I'm sure mike would have a colony by now.... They are the coolest ants EVER :D

really common names can mean many species like how honey pot ants include camponotus, mrymecosus and prenolepis imparis
