Need some advice

I know before you yell at me I made sure i did everything correct so lets get that out of the way. Secondly, I caught a wild Phiedole colony from my backyard they are in a container with dirt right now... The queen is walking around the top with the workers and i also keep seeing workers walking around with brood. So will they dig tunnels over night and arrange themselves or is there more i have to do? Feedback would be much appreciated

They will most probably dig. I would try to get them into formicarium.

Camponotus Modoc(6 workers)
Pheidole Spp (2 queens, about 10 workers)
Possibly parasitic Formica (further ID required)

You Practically Destroyed The Nest, It'll Take Time For Them To Adjust.
As The User Above Stated, It'll Probably Be Better To Move Them Into A Formicarium.
