About GAN (Partially wrong forum but I am needing help)

Should I PM someone who checks the GAN inquiries what the email it was sent from is so they could search to see if they got the request?

I'm checking with the GAN people to see what the exact process is, how many people check the inbox, how frequently they check the inbox, etc.

I'll PM ya too so you can pass it on to them if they have time.

Looks like they are pretty backed up on GAN emails. I suggested they add another person in to better handle the load. I believe that will take place now and that response times will improve. Thanks for letting us know!!

Horrible news now. The colony was sold and I'm currently waiting for a response for another camponotus colony, and if not that, someone has 4 tetramoriums. My Nylanderia colony also died today and I don't see the queen. Just scattered brood and dead workers

Well, I figured out that they didn't actually die (I think). The queen was back in view and occasionally workers switched the place they were curled in. So I put them in the fridge to hibernate a bit ago. I still see workers changing places, so I think they just wanted to hibernate early. Also made a post on a Crematogaster queen I found yesterday! I need to identify her.
