Size 6mm
Location mooresville Indiana (by wood garden frame.belive they live under it)

I know it's a Camponotus and the coloring looks exactly like a Camponotus Floridanus but the abdomen is different.

Guys just right click the little icon that represents a missing image and open it in a new tab. That works. I think it's Camponotus decipiens or Camponotus discolor.

Formica sp., not Camponotus.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
