Need Help identifying my Ant

I am unsure if the ant I have caught is a Queen or a male the ant has one wing and the other one is detached and I can see wing scars clearly on the side I found the ant on the sidewalk while working and picked it up in a test tube.

Post an ID request in the designated section. We'll need measurements (in millimeters), location (to at least the state/province, or alternatively major city), and clear pictures of the ant, The best way to take these would be one of the front, side, and top of the ant.
