This Lasius Flavus mound is in my garden, exactly a week ago it was in full flight. The picture I took today after a nice warm and humid afternoon.
Though it seems to be like 90% males its good to see. I shall be out tomorrow with my pockets crammed with test tubes.
Cant wait.
