ID on worker

I noticed a rather large colony of these red workers moving pupae by my garden so I followed them to their new nest where a large form of the workers peaked out of the hole and then dove back in. Luckily she came back out and I scooped her up to get a pic. I am guessing some form of camponotus because of the different sized workers and majors.
size is about 5mm
color is orange
large head with big eyes and mandibles
no stinger
