You embeded the img from gmail, so upload it to a site like photobucket or imgur, and just post that link. Tip, press preview, and that is what everyone will see, so make sure it works in there.

Make an Imgur account. Go to Your Images section. Then upload the file there. Then copy the BB Code link and paste it here.
