What Species Is This Most Likely Camponotus Queen?

:D I caught 2 queen ants by themselves under rotten logs. They were found near Tahoe in California which is in the US. I found them almost a month ago a day after it rained so they probably had just had a flight. I stole a few eggs from another colony that was the same species and gave them to one of the queens and she took care of them and hatched one worker so far. Both the queens also had their own eggs. I got some pictures of them in hope that you can determine the species.

Camponotus modoc

I assume these are large queens? No measurements. :(

I'm very sorry it took so long to get the measurements, I have been very busy. The queens are 15 millimeters long. Their abdomens are 4 millimeters wide.
