Questions about Tetramorium sp e queen

I just caught a Tetramorium ant and I have just a few questions on them.

1. Are they claustral or semi-claustral?

2. How long do I leave the queen in the test tube before letting them forage for food?

They're a claustural species and I had mine in a test tube until they had 25 workers

They should be allowed to forage freely after the first bunch of workers, however.
