Test tube too small?

I recently caught a Camponotus sp with wings and put it in test tube setup. Today while I was checking on my colonies unnoticed it was maybe too big for its tube. It looked like it was trying to turn around to face the wet cotton but it couldn't. Should I move her into different setup? She's been in this test tube for about 4 days without any eggs lain and from my previous knowledge they won't lay eggs unless they can get moisture

You probably should get a larger tube, what are the dimensions of said tube?

I'm not sure exact size but they're fairly large. They're not test tubes but they are containers of glitter from Walmart. All other ants have plenty of room in there but this camponotus is huge

This was taken when I first caught her. Now she just faces the dry cotton constantly and occasionally tugging.

As long as she can turn around, she'll be okay.
