Ohio Camponotus queen?

Can anyone verify if this is a queen? I'm in Ohio and was planting flowers a few weeks ago and she came crawling out of the flower box to my surprise. We had a warm spell with rain at the time. Any help would be appreciated.

She might be one of the hungry Camponotus pennsylvanicus queens that flew last fall. She will probably need sugar water and small insects to get her through the founding stages.

Don't forget your measurement in millimeters/centimeters.

I did place a bit of honey in the tube a few days ago and she did gobble it up, I just don't know how many resources to give at this point, and should I change her out of the tube if it looks like it's getting contaminated from the food items.

Just make sure not to overfeed her when it comes to insects. Just like a tiny fly every once in a while. Sugary liquid should be offered on a tray.
