How can i start an Indian jumping ant colony

I want to start an Indian jumping ant colony I sometimes see workers on the wall (when I am not searching for them, they do not appear when I am searching for them) and I don't know where is their nest. So i want to know when are their nuptial flights or should I dig the colony? I live in north east India.

Harpegnathos is a very interesting genus. You may not even find a queen in their colony.

They have gamergates, which are reproductive workers. These only mate once the queen has died.

Their queens look very similar to workers, with a more complex thorax compared to workers. In the middle of this picture, you can see the queen. Credit to Ants Kalytta.

I don't know when Harpegnathos fly, though. Sorry.
