Prenolepis Imparis Nuptial Flight Conditions?

I live in SE MN and was just wondering, because it's around the time of year for it, what are the conditions for Winter Ant nuptial flight?

Well, apparently Prenolepis Imparis isn't Minnesota native. It's sad, but true.

They are native most commonly in Eastern and Southern Minnesota. You might be able to find some.

They fly at high sixties farenheight and above, but they fly more commonly in seventies.

They fly in low seventies and usually near or in hardwood forests. Look at the trees during these days and you might notice some male swarms. Queens are a lot harder to find
