Camponotus after-hibernation eating

I caught a Camponotus queen last year in late August. It layed one egg before going into hibernation. It just recently came out of hibernation with its one worker and I was wondering if I should start feeding it now or wait until there is more brood (the queen just layed another egg). Thanks.
(ps I'm doing this on mobile so if this is in the wrong spot sorry.)

Yes, you should feed them. Feed sugary substances until the first brood comes, then start feeding protein in addition.
