so does anyone know the earliest Oregon ants specifically southwest Oregon ive seen a lot of flights are in march but was wondering if anyone has seen much activity in February
and what are some of the interesting species others of you have found in oregon?

The earliest flight I am aware of is Camponotus vicinus, on April 22, in John Day Oregon. Prenolepis imparis is technically present, and those will fly as early as March if the weather is nice.

On antwiki it says that P. imparis will fly in the last two weeks of March and the first two of April.
