The earliest flight I am aware of is Camponotus vicinus, on April 22, in John Day Oregon. Prenolepis imparis is technically present, and those will fly as early as March if the weather is nice.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

On antwiki it says that P. imparis will fly in the last two weeks of March and the first two of April.
