Is This a Queen?

Found this just today in the gutter in northern Minnesota. She's running around like crazy and not sure if it's a worker or queen. It was much bigger than all other ants in the are though, so that's why I'm asking.

Potential queen, about 4mm long.

Does she have wing scars? And 4mm is really tiny for a queen.

Looks like a Formica worker. If it doesn't have two wing scars on both sides of its thorax, it is not a queen. ;)

Then I don't think it's a queen, sorry.
