Can I put a male ant and a queen ant together cause my queen ant did not lay any eggs for the pass few weeks?

no. They would not mate inside the test tube. sometimes it takes a while before she lays eggs

oh. ok. now i get what they were asking. antgirl is correct. mating happens during flights.
