How much do you Gan Farmers out there sell your queens for?

I am thinking about becoming a GAN Farmer this year (If I catch enough queens). I was just wondering how much you GAN Farmers sell queens with a few workers for? Not big colony's just colony's that are still able to live in a test tube setup. I'm usually pretty busy so if I am going to become a GAN Farmer I will need to make at least a little profit. I was thinking around $5-$15 per colony depending on the amount of workers and the time that i have put into them. Is this a good price? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
With all the things ants can do, you wonder, who rules the planet :?

I'm not part of the gan project and neither have I bought from the gan project, but I think Mikey said in one of his videos that gan people charge anywhere from $20- $200.

yet it stores its provisions in summer

It really depends on what your trying to get out of it. I might become a GAN Farmer and I was thinking $15-$20 just to cover the time invested. I'm not out to get rich or stiff someone. Hell I already gave away a small colony (queen and 15 workers) to a friend of mine who became interested after hearing me talk about it so much.

I charge anywhere from $25 to $50. It usually depends on the setup I have them in too. Sometimes I sell a larger colony and have them in a Hybrid Nest, so I charge a little extra to cover the cost of the nest.

yeah that's what I thought when I heard how much they were. The trick is to be in an area where lots of people are interested in keeping ants. (For instance, not in Idaho, where I live.)

LOL!!! The trick is to share the ant love. Get your friends, family, and community interested (and possibly give some queens out for free if you have enough) have them share it with the people they know, and you never know, it could catch and spread like wild fire (than you will have your customers!!!) :D

I have a large amount of queens ready to go, just waiting on workers ( anyday now). I plan on $30, plus reasonable travel. I've found a few that I plan on keeping, and if I can trade time in finding queens for money I'll spend for hybrid nests, I'll be happy.
